Michalis Karagiannis is a seasoned professional with a strong educational foundation in Biomedical Engineering and specialized training in Audiology and Neurotology.

With eight years of hands-on experience in the field of hearing care, he has demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with hearing difficulties.

In his earlier career, Michalis served as a Hearing Care Professional (HCP) between 2012 and 2017, where he played a pivotal role in providing effective hearing aid solutions to enhance the auditory experiences of his clients.

Elevating his career, Michalis took on a leadership role as a Regional Manager from 2017 to 2020.

In this capacity, he successfully managed and coached a team of 16 professionals, showcasing his managerial acumen and ability to lead a diverse group toward common goals.

Currently, Michalis holds a key position at Akoustica Medica, where he is tasked with building the training department.

In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs covering various facets of audiology.

This includes in-depth knowledge of technology, product expertise, fitting procedures, and customer counseling.
